The Strong Australian Dollar and The Weak Sew-er!

Now let me say first of all I DO NOT NEED another sewing item! But desire, want, must have ... for sure ... I'm so weak, what more can I say?

For the past week I've watched the value of the $A climb upwards against the $US. I've put items in shopping carts allover the US internet sites, hoping I would be able to withstand the onslaught of the exchange rates. Last night, when the $A hit $0.98 against the $US I helped boost the US economy ;-)

What did I snag, you ask?
Some yummy wickaway fabrics fromhttp://www.rockywoods.com/ , along with waterproof fabric, zips and seam seal.
(waterproof fabric)

Then as if that wasn't enough, I backed this up with a couple of binders for my coverpro from Sharp sewing supplies on ebay.
There are 2 of these beauties winging their way downunder (11/4"and 3").
This was just toooo easy. Thankfully the high international postage rates are there to bring sense to one's spending, otherwise there'd be more than just 2 packages.
